Returns & Exchanges
General Return Policy
- Return Window: 10 days from delivery date OR 14 Calendar days from purchase date (whichever is later).
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Return Shipping: Free returns via prepaid label provided

- We inspect every item before shipping
- Defective items can be returned/exhanged anytime within the return period.
- We cover all costs for defective returns

Exchange Process
- Log into your account at www.tourreadytrends.com
- Select "Return/Exchange" from your order history
- Print the prepaid return label
- Package items securely and ship back to us
- Exchanges processed within 3 -5 business days of receipt
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- The original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
International Returns
- 30-day return window from date of purchase
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds processed in USD
