Q: How quickly do orders ship?

A: Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day! Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. We know concert deadlines are real, so we move fast.

Q: What are your shipping options and costs?

Shipping can vary depending on package weight, destination, and speed. However, below is an example of costs for domestic shipments within the USA. Typically, the costs are much less and the delivery times are faster; however, below is a rough estimate:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95 (3-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $15.95 (1-3 business days)
  • Concert Rush: $24.95 (Next day delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping
Q: I have a concert this weekend - can you help?

A: Absolutely! Choose our Concert Rush shipping for next-day delivery. We totally get last-minute ticket purchases and spontaneous show decisions. Order by 2 PM EST and we'll get it to you next day.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship to 50+ countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and you're responsible for any additional customs fees. International orders have the same 14-day return policy for apparel.

Q: Can I track my order?

Q: What if my package gets lost or damaged in shipping?

A: No, all jewelry sales are final for health and safety reasons. This is industry standard for hygiene protection. The only exception is manufacturing defects reported within 14 days - we'll replace defective jewelry.

A: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. No odors, stains, or signs of wear. We inspect all returns, and items not meeting these criteria will be returned to you.
