• Event-specific items clearly marked as final sale (because we know you're buying them TO USE them!)
• No "rent-and-return" schemes – we're here for real fans, not freeloaders

Returns & Exchanges

General Return Policy

• Return Window: 10 days from delivery date OR 14 Calendar days from purchase date (whichever is later).
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
• Return Shipping: Free returns via prepaid label provided

Quality Guarantee

• We inspect every item before shipping
• Defective items can be returned/exhanged anytime within the return period.
• We cover all costs for defective returns

What Can Be Returned

Final Sale Items (No Returns)

Exchange Process

1. Log into your account at www.tourreadytrends.com
2. Select "Return/Exchange" from your order history
3. Print the prepaid return label
4. Package items securely and ship back to us
5. Exchanges processed within 3 -5 business days of receipt

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• The original payment method will be credited
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)

International Returns

• 30-day return window from date of purchase
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds processed in USD
